meet our aesthetician: alexa bissonette

Alexa began her aesthetics journey ten years ago, in 2012, graduating from Eveline Charles Academy in the Aesthetics program. After earning her Advanced Aesthetics Diploma, she ventured to Scottsdale, AZ, where she graduated from the National Laser Institute as a Medical Laser Technician, expanding her skin anatomy and procedures knowledge. When she returned to Calgary, she continued performing laser and medical aesthetic treatments for renowned Canadian doctors, plastic surgeons, and dermatologists, fueling her passion and curiosity for the industry.

Her favourite treatments to perform at Frida are customized facials, Dermaplaning and Clear + Brilliant. While Alexa is not transforming clients' skin, she enjoys travelling, spending time with her kitty Trouble and keeping up with the latest fashion and beauty trends. Alexa's bubbly, outgoing personality and passion for beauty shine through with every client interaction, ensuring an unforgettable experience.
